Trump slams NY Times and other media outlets

President Trump kept up his campaign against news outlets he dislikes early Saturday, tweeting his rage against The New York Times and The Washington Post.

“The failing @nytimes has been wrong about me from the very beginning. Said I would lose the primaries, then the general election. FAKE NEWS!”

That tweet moved at 8:04 a.m.Trump followed up four minutes later with two more.

“Thr [sic] coverage about me in the @nytimes and the @washingtonpost gas [sic] been so false and angry that the times actually apologized to its….. …dwindling subscribers and readers. They got me wrong right from the beginning and still have not changed course, and never will. DISHONEST”

Subscriptions to both papers have risen since Trump won the presidential election.

It’s unclear what sparked his ire Saturday against the newspapers, and the tweets remained conspicuously absent from his official @POTUS twitter feed.

Trump later posted a photo of the seven NASA astronauts who died when their spacecraft exploded during its launch on Jan. 28, 1991.

“Today, we remember the crew of the Space Shuttle Challenger, 31 years later. #NeverForget,” he tweeted to commemorate the anniversary.
